How much notice do you need?

We require a minimum of 14 days notice on all bookings to ensure quality and proper sourcing of ingredients. For events of 50+ people we recommend 21+ days. Last-minute bookings inside the 14-day window are accepted only by exception and at our discretion.

What deposit is required and how do I pay?

50% deposit confirms your booking. The balance is due on delivery. We accept bank transfer (preferred), EFTPOS, or cash on delivery. Card payments incur a 1.7% surcharge.

Do you deliver and set up at the venue?

Yes, we deliver across the Shire, St George and Inner South Sydney. We deliver in insulated hot boxes ready to serve, with reheat instructions for any food that's been in transit longer than 90 minutes. We don't currently provide on-site wait staff or setup — this is a drop-off catering service.

Can you accommodate dietary requirements?

Yes. Our menu includes multiple vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and dairy-free options. Please flag any allergies, intolerances or specific dietary needs at the time of booking and we'll accommodate where possible. Some dishes contain gluten, dairy or nuts — full allergen disclosure is provided on request.

How do I keep the food hot until serving?

Food is delivered in insulated catering containers and stays at safe serving temperature for 60–90 minutes from delivery. We provide simple reheat instructions for the kitchen, microwave, or oven. For best results, serve within 90 minutes of delivery.

What's your cancellation policy?

Cancellations within 7 days of the event: deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations within 48 hours: full payment retained. Outside 7 days: full deposit refund. Menu changes are free up to 7 days prior; within 7 days, subject to availability.

Are prices GST inclusive?

Yes — all prices on this page are GST inclusive. Tax invoice provided for every booking.
